BF4 in Portuguese

When I install the Battlefield 4, Don't have the Portuguese linguage option anymore. I remember, year ago I played in Portuguese linguage. Someone can help me, please?

Just a reminder that my friend also has BF4, and his version is in Portuguese.

If you are missing the option to select Portuguese when installing the game, then you should talk to EA support. EA support should be able to assist you with the game version.
