battlefield 4 redeem the product code

Have you already played the 48 hours trial on your computer but on a different account?

i haven't played at all because when i click on "play" on battlelog the origin application pops up and asks me for a product code.

Same problem here.

I have contacted live support via chat and we tried everything.

1. entering the trial code into a game (doesn't work)

2. Reinstal BF4 again (doesn't work)

3. clear cashe and temporary internet files than repair game and reboot the computer with no other servises, only microsoft in "msconfig" tab (doesn't work)

Can someone tell me what is the problem with the game or Origin?

I wanted to buy this game after trying, but now...I don't know ☹️

I have spent all day contacting costumer support and downloading the game twice....it is anoying
