I think he meant posting a new topic, which i didn't do. It's corporate tactics to stall. That's why they have answer HQ and live chat, so the can send you from one to another when there's nothing they can do to help you.
I have two opened topics with no answers, already:
I have i5 processor and rubber bandinfg so this is not due to hyperthreading, and none of my cores are parked. I have tried 32 and 64 bit mode, no change. Still rubber banding like a mother, its a colossal pain in the arse and NEVER happened to me before the 20th December patch.
DICE/EA you need to give us moer feed back than "investigating".
