Battlefield 4 runs smooth, but battlefield 3 runs terribly!

Please post your PC specs as well as any error codes or error messages that you may receive. Posting a dxdiag may help us as well.

[UPDATE] I fixed the problem!

Here is how to fix the problem: Buy a new computer.
