Battlefield 4 says I must install Premium content that I already bought.

Hey All,

Having an issue with Battlefield 4.

I am attempting to access the Premium content that I know I already have and the game is prompting me to install the Premium content. When I click install the game advises me that I already own Battlefield 4 Premium, and that it can be found in the games and apps collection.

In the games and apps collection I see Battlefield 4, and when I click the start button and go to manage game I can see Battlefield 4 Premium.

Yet, when I attempt to access the Premium content within Battlefield 4 I am prompted to buy Battlefield 4 Premium.

I have attempted a soft reset of my Xbox One while keeping all games. I have also uninstalled the Premium content portion of the game and then re-installed and the issue persisted. I have taken the additional step of uninstalling all Battlefield related games and re-installing them, and still... the issue persists. My Xbox one purchase history shows no previous purchase, and I do not have the original game disc that I purchased that included the code for Premium content as I have just redownloaded the game from the EA Access Hub.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @OIF0910killa

I am really sorry for those troubles with your game. Can you tell us, what is the exact content, you are missing? Can you play all the DLC?

Premium only provides access to download the expansion packs but does not do it for you - that you must do manually via the BF4 in game store under premium section. Download and install each pack, after all 5 have completed completely close BF4 and then restart it and you'll be good to go.

    Hey @OIF0910killa,

in addition to what @ragnarok013 said, please make sure you do download the "Battlefield 4 Premium" entitlement from the XBox Store. That should be a download of a few megabytes only, but is an important part, it contains the information that you actually can access the expansion content in the game.
