Battlefield 1 Steam Version, Black Menu

I'm aware there's several users with this same issue with a black menu in Battlefield 1.  I tried to repair installation in Steam, delete the "Twinkles" folder in documents, disable One Drive, and disable AV/VPN.  The only solution that has worked so far is to disconnect the internet while lading the game and then reconnect the connection.  The menu appears normal after this until joining a lobby and returning to the menu.  I have also tried to install the game on a completely different system with the same problem.  @EA Games, is there anything on the server side that can be done or is it an issue when migrating from the Origin launcher?  Battlefield 4 UI works correctly, unfortunately I'm unable to load the Battlefield 1 from that UI because it's the steam version.
