I am apart of a platoon on Battlefield 4. I play on PS4 and we just created our server for people to play on. I spent the time to create a banner, and now it is not giving the server owner an option to upload one.
Did EA remove it? Or is this a glitch?
Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I have a similar issue in Battlefield Hardline. I uploaded the banner but won't show up when joining the server. Also i am unable to manage the setting of the server. EA is trash.

It can at times be a bit tricky to upload banners to a new server and get it to display it correctly.
The function in Battlelog.com does though still work, as I just tested it here myself.
Please observe the specific limitations and strict requirements for the graphic banner file to be accepted:
The problem is here that the system itself will NOT give you any error message if any of these conditions are not fulfilled. Sio it just simply looks as if everything is OK and good, but your banner will simply never show when in the game...
Please also note that it may typically take 36-48 hours after your successful upload of a server banner until the banner is factually shown to players in the game when joining your server.
