Battlefield 4: Single Player Campaign Progress Lost

That is not a good answer when on the website it says its fixed. If its being working on why are you hiding that there is a problem. You want us to click that the problem is resolved when you say its being worked on? How is that resolved. If the brakes in your car are out and you take them to get fixed the issue isnt resolved till you have brakes. not why its in the shop.

So, did this issue get fixed by any chance already?

Because I have run into this problem today, almost two years after it was first reported and almost a year after you mentioned a fix 'coming soon'.  I'd love to get this campaign with all achievements finished some day, so I'm hoping you have some good news 🙂

A fix is on it`s way, the game has not been out for two years so cannot be two years since.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question, but your reply is of no use to me whatsoever. However, I am sorry about the 'almost two years', I misread 11-03-2013 as March 3 2013. I mixed up the US notation with the [rest-of-the-world] notation.

I am asking this question because a fix was announced MORE THAN A YEAR ago as well. But I've run into this problem this week, so any fix that may have been released since, has not fixed the issue.

You are not an EA rep (you stated so much in your signature) and yet you find it necessary to reply and tell me nothing new, although I asked for an update on the fix. So maybe you could give the planned release date of that fix, that would really answer my question.

Just to let people here know, this problem is still present in 2017, October.

Hello Everybody.

ITs January 2018 and unfortunately, this problem not solved yet. EA sports wasted my time. I played 3 times and almost completed the airfield mission to return back and lost all progress.

I will NEVER purchase any game from EA SPorts

It’s August 2019. As battlefield 5 has a glitch where trophies/achievements don’t unlock I thought I’d come onto battlefield 4 and get the platinum for that while I wait for a fix. I got all trophies apart from complete the campaign on hard so I got half way through. Story got wiped. I started again same again. I’m sick of ea. Also leaves me thinking they won’t be fixing bf5 any time soon. This issue has been here since launch and it’s now aug 2019. The last ea game I bought was bf5 and it will be my last period
