This too has also happened to me twice now. I thought maybe it was because I'm playing on Xbox One and it's only been about a week, but it looks like other consoles still have this issue. If this is a place for answers than where are they? This game also can't keep you in a game for more than 1 or 2 sessions in a row. It won't just kick you out, it sends you to the xbox home screen. Also when you quick search Conquest, I never get Conquest. It's almost always team deathmatch it throws me into. Than when you actually find a server yourself for conquest, you will be lucky to stay the whole time. I also noticed once and a while one of my games won't register. I'll finish one and level up, start the next one than level up mid match again. When I go look at the history there are games completely not there. I've also found that when it kicks you out of a game, everything that happened in that game gets thrown out. This game is frustrating to say the least. Like stated before I love playing this when it works, which isn't often. I feel like I've been ripped off spending 110+ for buggy garbage. I mean come on, you can't get a save option right? Thats like getting a cheeseburger without the burger on it.
Not to mention you can't even customize your loadouts in the menu. Battlefield 3 screwed that up in the beginning and changed it a month or 2 in. What idiot decided it was a good idea to leave it out again? I seriously hate COD but its starting to look like a better option. Thanks for being money hungry a**holes.
I am playing on xbox one and it doesnt save my campaign. I have restarted it and went back to the menu to check if i could continue from the last checkpoint. That was possible. After i restarded my xbox the progress was gone again. I have absolutley no sympathy for this. This game is one week out on xbox one and even longer for the last gen consoles and still the campaign is due to this bug unplayable.
Best thing is, that EA/Dice doesnt even consider communicating this problem. I have spent 4 hours for nothing and you dont even consider telling people that they might waste their sparetime playing this product! Huge disappointment!
Same issue (Xbox One). I've restarted several times, now I'm not touching single player, until I know it's completely fixed. I'm also probably not touching the next Battlefield, based on the fact that each Battlefield is released with more issues than the last (on top of the dwindling # of friends who play it). How do you release a game that can't even save games and constantly crashes across all platforms? Battlefield is a far superior game to CoD, but the tendency for issues deters people from buying, especially at launch. Furthermore, some of those that don't buy at launch, read about the bugs and decide not to buy the games all together. I used to have a lot of friends that loved Battlefield. Some didn't buy BF3 after hearing the issues, but out of the ones that did buy BF3, none of them bought BF4. I only have one friend left who's planning on buying BF4 when most of the issues are fixed, but his decision is swaying towards just waiting for Titanfall. I'm trying to convince him to buy BF4, but I almost feel like it's gonna be waste, since I'll be buying Titanfall also.
Bought an XBOX ONE = Check.
Bought BF4 = Check.
Bought BF4 Premium = Check.
What a moron I am for buying something with my eyes closed = Check.
This game has been nothing but frustrations since day one... I started playing the Single player campain, went pretty far and now my game is gone ? Ok, I'll play some multiplayer which I love in BF3. We all know how a mess the multiplayer is in right now. Can't even play more than 10 minutes until it aggravates me with all the bugs.
The sound cuts on and off = Check.
Major servers issues = Check.
Server browser not working = Check.
The list goes on and on = Check.
Not a single person from EA / Dice answering frustrated customers = Check. (BTW I don't care about double XP, I don't play for the XP's, I play to have fun and right now I'm not having any.....)
OK, I'll play single player until this mess of a game get's sorted out, no wait... I can't even play because I lose my saved games all the times :-(
I wouldn't mind having bought a bad game, it happens. The thing is I know BF4 is a good game and the most frustrating thing is that EA-DICE made us all beta testers for this game that wasn't ready for launch. I wouldn't mind being a beta tester, but testers get paid...
I paid $120 for this unfinished game...

I have PS3 BF4 Disk.
Upgraded to PS4 BF4 Digital Download.
During single palyer camapign, I believe I was on the second chapter, in the streets of china/shanghai where the tank/vehicle is firing at you. The game crashed to a blue screeen with the error code CE-34878-0.
When I restarted, I was not able to resume my campaign. I have to start new at the beginnning again.
not saving here either on xbox one and im not starting the campaign again for a 3rd time, one day EA you might release a game that works out the box rather than annoying all your customers. why can no one finish games without updates anymore. useless and a waste of £45 and the £40 for premium
