Battlefield 4 Support
I bought battlefield 4 on the release, then I stoped playing.
4 days ago, I wanted to play with my friends and got the message : "Your soldier is banned, you may not join any servers".
This is the last time I buy a game for EA... This is really stupid! I'm getting banned for nothing....... and when I asked them they said they can't tell me the reason why I got banned.... I never cheated, insulted players or did anything wrong.......... This is the message they sent me :

Due to the above we will not be removing the ban that has been applied to your account. As we have now completed two extensive investigations into your complaint we consider this matter closed and this as our final correspondence on this subject. I want to buy another time Battlefield 4 but what if I get banned again???
