Battlefield 4 Support

I bought battlefield 4 on the release, then I stoped playing.

4 days ago, I wanted to play with my friends and got the message : "Your soldier is banned, you may not join any servers".

This is the last time I buy a game for EA... This is really stupid! I'm getting banned for nothing....... and when I asked them they said they can't tell me the reason why I got banned.... I never cheated, insulted players or did anything wrong.......... This is the message they sent me :

But as I said, I never did anything wrong!

How can I know I will not be banned again??
I checked the rules and I didn't break any of those rules!

    Why did I get banned???

Seriously I really want to play battlefield 4 because this is a really nice game and my friends are playing on it ☹️

I don't want to waste my money again to loose another 60$ for playing 3 days...

Sorry to hear it qcseb1....from what I've heard/seen, there's been lots of people getting instant-banned for cheating on BF4 that claim to have never done it either (I believe you).  This reminds me of when either Punkbuster or Infinity Ward (can't remember who) auto banned people for cheating in Modern Warfare 2 (I was one of them and never did get them to lift it or reimburse me...thieves).

Unfortunately, this is what we get when dealing with EA!!!  The last 5-10 years has seen a drastic drop in customer service and in game quality (find me one major EA game that has launched recently without massive issues of some sort).  They can do it because ⚽ We're stupid enough to keep giving them our money and 🏈 because we're pretty much forced to because they go and buy up most of the games!

So it means that I will never be able to play Battlefield 4? ;(

I really want to play with my friends you don't know how much I want to play with them lol.

If it was just to buy another copy of bf4 for 60$, I think I would buy it again but I'm sure I'm gonna be banned again for nothing..

@lucaswolenczek, thanks for understand me. If like you said " The last 5-10 years has seen a drastic drop in customer service", why they don't take a look for real on our account before saying it cannot be unbanned. If they really checked my account, they would see that I didn't do anything wrong.

You said that many people got banned for cheating? So I got banned for cheating? I'm not even sure why I got banned, they think I'm cheating?

Welcome to the club. I bought the premium so my son is screwed out of $120. Thanks EA, awesome support. You can all go **bleep** yourselves for stealing money from my 10 year old son who has no clue how to use a cheat.

  • OP you can be Battlelog banned for ToS violations to include cheating\hacking\boosting\stat padding to in game behavior that includes racist\homophobic\sexist\poronographic\swearing language or BF4 emblems/chat hud posts/battlelog posts, or stalking. harrassing, or "hooah spamming" people on Battlelog.

Please note that a Battlelog Ban or EA Ban are completely different from a Punkbuster or Fairfight ban.  Under a non-permanent Battlelog ban you can still play your EA games, on an EA Ban you cannot play multiplayer.  If you have a PB or FF ban you can still play but you must play on servers that do not use those anti-cheat tools.
