BattleField 4 timed out

Everytime I try to connect to a battlefield 4 beta server on my Aleinware M14x R2 with Windows 8 64-bit I get to the bf4.exe loading screen working then it closes and says connection timed out everytime. I turned off UPNP everywhere, reinstalled bf4 and punkbuster and turned off fastboot and rebooted my computer like a million times. HELP ME I WANNA PLAY THE BETA
