The Geforce GT 625 is way below the minimum system requirements for the game.
You can see the specifics here:

and here's the system requirements:

...and I thought my Nvidia Geforce GT 520 was an issue! Phew! Glad I'm in the clear! (sarcasm)
This game's demands are ridiculous! I can play anything else out there, but this one on the bare minimum and even there!
...can play CS-GO and COD games no problem. Minecraft runs smooth, Diablo3 runs great!
I don't get why they had to make it so "Client side dependent" when it came to performance!

The COD games old, and runs on an old engine and thus don't look that good and doesn't contain the vehicles. All in all two different games that you can't really compare.
CS-GO runs on the Source engine which hasn't received a major upgrade in forever.
Minecraft is an ugly Java game which is out of comparison with a game like this.
Diablo 3 is not even a FPS game and thus naturally have lower requirements.
Are you in all seriousness saying that you want BF4 to run serverside? Because that's just silly and neither of the games' graphics you have mentioned are run more serverside than BF4.
