Battlefield 4 will not update, "DOWNLOAD FAILED"

I have found a solution to this problem for me, and I hope it helps you.

I opened my task manager and went under processes and noticed about 5-6 instances of ActivationUI.exe running, I ended process on all of these and immediately would install the update, I hope this helps!
