Battlefield 4 won't launch

I bought Battlefield 4 on my Xbox One, it would load and let me play campaign, but not multiplayer. Now it won't even load and gets stuck on Connecting. Can someone please help?

For Connection Issues please read this Connection Troubleshooting https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    Also, try these steps:

In case you have "Failed to connect to EA Online" issue in Battlefield 1 or Battlefield 4 on your Xbox One you will need to try this possible solution:

    1) Go to Xbox Settings All SettingsNetwork (Network Settings)

    2) Then, go to Advanced Settings►► Alternate MAC Address and select "Clear"

    Spoiler

After you will need to turn off (unplug the power cable) your Internet Modem (Router)  and wait 15 seconds and turn on it.  Then, also for Xbox One (turn off your Xbox One and unplug power cable and wait 15 seconds and turn on)

  • Hello @SpartagusKing,

please try adding port forward for the ports listed here in your router settings and try again. Are you connected via Ethernet or Wifi?

    Greetings,

My battlefield 4 is launching now, but I can't play multiplayer. I click go online and it just tries to connect but nothing happens. I can only play the campaign, which the main reason I got battlefield 4 was so I could play multiplayer.

I know why, my Xbox account is too young so I can't play multiplayer. Thank you for giving me solutions but I just found out today.

For me all I had to do was a hard reset of the system
