Battlefield 4 Won't let me play online

hey, today I went to have a game on battlefield 4 online and when I clicked on multiplayer it come up with a message saying "you have lost connection to the EA servers" so I was wondering if you could help me??

    • A detailed description of your problem
    • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
    • Description of your network setup in great detail (routers, switches etc.)
    • What kind of internet do you have? ISP?
    • How long have you had the issue?
    • What servers do you have this problem on?
    • What time of day is this an issue?
    • Do you share the connection or download while playing?
    • Results of a http://www.speedtest.net test
    • Link to a screenshot of the results of a UOTrace: help.ea.com/en/article/ping-traceroute-and-uo-trace/

    It still won't let me play online as it keeps saying "you have lost the connection to the EA servers. Online features will be unavailable" I have also checked to see if I have online and I do and I tried out my other games and I can play online with them it only happens when I try battlefield 4 online

    Have you tried turning it off and on again? If on console log out of profile then launch game, that will force a log on. This worked for a buddy of mine tonight.

    I have the same problem like I can go onto a different account like my dads it'll work fine but when I try it does the same thing and won't let me play its getting me mad i uninstalled and downloaded it again and still won't work

    It'd be great if you could all make separate threads on your issues rather than jumping on board someone else's.

    The solutions will most likely be different for you all.

    it says "lost connection to ea servers" and stuff like that how can i do that i have ea account how do i link it??
