Battlefield 4 won't start?

Question

I downloaded battlefield 4 from ea access vault, when you start it all you get is a picture of rain? I've deleted it and downloaded it again 3 times same outcome? The other games work in the vault? Anyone got the answer for this problem?

I am sorry you are having this problems running the game. Can you perform factory reset for your console? http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
Can you also try some additional troubleshooting steps for Xbox One console from this article here&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/
