Hey guys,Look, I bought Battlefield 4 premium before battlefield 4. When I got battlefield 4, I downloaded everything, and since release date I've been able to use the premium unlocks (I.e. attatchments, camos, etc.). A few hours ago something happened and now ALL of my stuff reset, I lost my premium unlocks, lost all of my regular unlocks (which quickly reset themselves) and lost my battlepack unlocks. The only Premium equipment I have now is the dog tags, and those arn't as fun to use as all the nice unlockable equipment. However, since then, my battlepacks have also been multiplying. And by an exponential rate. Every couple games I get all the battlepacks I've EARNED, (not purchased) back, and get even more equipment

same here and I cant rank up, I have hit the same level 5 times so far.

I don't really care to post on these kind of forums, but the BF4 release has been so bad its absolutely comical..Same problem(s) as the rest of the guys in here.I was able to reopen my collective assortment of battlepacks up to level 16 in the realm of 8 to 10 different times last night (that was somewhere around 100 battlepack openings), all of which spurred wildly different results. Most of the time the unlocked contents would add to my account and replace what was previously there from the respective battlepack. Some items, especially equipped ones would be retained on loadouts, even if replaced. Camos seemed to unlock and never become available or appeared to add/subtract from my unlocks at complete random, regardless of what was unlocked via battlepack. On top of all the other problems, I leveled up to 16 four times over the course of one hour of playing Domination. It appears xp is not behaving appropriately at all, but that's just the gravy. Oh, and all the premium content ran away. Sweet.And one other nomination for best in class... on 360 I have had more lockups/crashes thus far for BF4 alone than across every other 360 title I have played combined (counting about 15ish now)?Coming from software development, I'm really convinced you folks at EA/Dice have entirely missed an alternative acronym for the letters Q and A when put one after the other. At the very least, I'm sure you can't possibly have many more balls available to drop, but I could be wrong 😕mileyfrustrated:

I am having a similar issue, where my camos from battlepacks are getting reset, where ill lose some i had, and gain others, or just lose them entirely.

Likewise. I've hit the same level 3 times now, and all of my regular unlocks keep disappearing.

Yeah every time I unlock a new gun it disappears after I leave the game session and my stats, guns, camos, carbon fiber knife cause I have premium keep disappearing so cant unlock anything or gain points or lvls

I was also using a 50% boost when I was noticing the above issues, anyone else using that specific boost?

I'm pretty upset, I lost a lot of my unlocks, a carbon fibre knife which is a premium item, my premium camos and from what I understand, two pretty rare paints in Dot Adaptive and Flecktarn Adaptive. I checked the other main thread that we were advised to go check out but it doesn't give any advice, just wandering if we should refrain from opening any more battle packs until this is fixed because I opened a gold one ealriler and all the things that were unlockd were gone instantly.....

MY brother and I have the same problem except we lost all of are unlocks and achievements we got from the last game we played which was last night! I noticed all my premium battlepack items we're gone.My camo attachments etc...It seems as tho the game doesn't read me as a premium member, because when I tried to get my carbon knife it was locked! Also we are both on separate accounts and consoles.
