Yesterday , kinda 24 hours before i was in Chat 2 times with EA Advisors, they told me, the Specialists aren't here now,, they gonna be there in the morning, but as i can see,, there are still NO NEWS or update infos to see there for this topic..?
It's just amazing, how a big company like EA, who distributes so much Games and are providing so much Game servers,
could not fix that, and couldn't even give us an answer on that "maybe" technical problem, how this matter has been occured, with their "specialists" like announced yesterday in chat...?
I am technician too, and for example in a bank, warehouse and so on, when there is a computer or internet problem, the problem is figured out the SAME day...!? Or even they already would know where the matter comes from, even it would be not fixed that time...
But here we have NO answers, and no hint about the EA stuff...
It's almost the 40st hour now... that i have occured this matter, and i did already 2 chats,, yesterday..
