@eXchance9My main objection to a F2P BR is that it's a free cheat testing program with unlimited accounts whereas when you have to purchase the Battlefield game there's a barrier to entry which limits how many test accounts they make. Furthermore with the Premium system there was a second barrier to entry which made DLC servers fair since people are less likely to spend an extra $40-$50 on an account that won't last long.
Regarding BR I'd rather not have it in the next BF title (but it probably will be there chasing those sweet sweet Fortnight bucks) since the majority of the controversial changes in BF5 such as 4 man squads, no commander, attrition, forced animations to include the revive animation, lack of 3D spotting, clown like cosmetics, live service, and so on can be traced directly to having a BR mode. Many of us just want a solid traditional Battlefield title.
If you ever run for president. You have my vote. Well put.

I actually really enjoyed Firestorm - with the right amount of support it could have at least lasted much longer.
The asthetic was nice, vehicles and bunkers made sense, it had a story sort of sorts with a shady government feel, and none of the weapons were crazy OP.
F2P scares me a little because of hackers BUT it would attract more regular players as well
