Battlefield Hardline crashing since latest XBOX One Update

Hi All,

Has anybody noticed, or has been experiencing BFH randomly crashing since the latest update from Microsoft for the Xbox One. Everything was running silky smooth until the update was applied. Now I am getting random crashing when loading levels or running for the first time which didn't happen before the update was applied. Being an IT technician has it's advantages so after a bit of troubleshooting of my own... it made sense to try and perform the following to resolve the problem to which I am pleased to say looks as though this has resolved the problem. However, if this does happen again just run through Steps in Section One 1 - 3 and Section Two 1 - 3.

Section One:

1. XBX One Menu then settings

2. Select Disc and Blu-Ray

3. Under BLU-RAY go to Persistent storage select Clear persistent storage then go back to settings menu

Now within settings we need to clear the MAC Address and then reboot he XBX One and the game should be working fine and running smoothly again.

Section Two:

1. Still within Settings go to Network select Advanced settings

2. Select Alternate MAC address

3. Clear and Reboot your XBX One**

** Rebooting your XBX One it will prompt you to reboot once the MAC Address has been cleared. Once the console has been rebooted try running the game again, hopefully it should be working fine now. I am not sure if this is a random sporadic issue with the game itself since the update or it's a problem with the game itself. To answer this I cannot because I don't know which one is at fault.
