Battlefield Hardline Digital Deluxe Edition Vs Ultimate Edition.

Hello there..
I do apologise in advance if this has been asked before or posted in the wrong place.
Right, im looking into purchasing Battlefield Hardline however im a little thrown off..
Just wanting to know if the DDE comes with all 4 expansions.. In the UE it says it does but the DDE doesnt say anything about it..
I checked all over the place and couldnt find a actual answer.
