Try reinstalling the game and playing the mission again. Make sure you're following all the mission requirements correctly. You might also want to watch a walkthrough of the mission on YouTube to see if you're missing anything.
Upon further examination, the reason I can't get back on the airboat, is the three important structures, are either glitched, or not there at all as in they didn't load
