battlefield hardline freezes in episode 3: Gator bait

Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black scree...

Same problem as every1 else at the same point. Xbox one, bought from game on release day. Tried support at ea but 45 mins to wait. this going to need a patch?

Theyre not helpful at all basically ask for a refund because they gave you something that doesnt work. My refund is being reviewed but its ridicolous that you buy something and it doesnt work.
