Battlefield hardline freezing (XBOX ONE)

EVERYTIME i play battlefield hardline the game always freezes for no apparent reason (mostly after i die) and so i have to go on a different game then go back onto Battlefield hardline and all it sho...

    Have you already tried to perform a hard reset on your console (keep your finger pressed on the X1 icon on your console until it is shutting down) or to delete and re-install the game?

    I've tried this, but it still freezes a lot. Squad Heist is the worst though when it comes to the freezing.
