i think the reason we are getting these error codes is because of the low download rate on origin. there is some solution to solve it in some recent topics. it worked on me but the file that they said to erase after the update is disappeared on my pc. i dont know if i should search it and delete it if i find anyway. It started downloading without problems with me atm with that solution. I hope it continues that way.
I have a similar problem. the error is 7049:408. I have 1 pc with 2 origin accounts. One is mine and the other is of my girlfriend.
With the account of my girlfriend i dont recive download errors,
With my account instead, I get errors, from any computer with which I try to download the update.
I temporarily solved this way:
I downloaded the software HotspotShield. I set up a vpn (american ip).
downloading the BF4 patch started regularly now; very slow but it started.
I have a digital deluxe edition + premium account (Italian Version) regularly purchased on Origin store.
Why does origin rejects the patch download from my account without the use of a vpn ?
I don't understand.
Please help !
