Battlefield XBOX 360 to PS4

Why wont my stats from XBOX 360 transfer to my PS4 account? I bought premium on XBOX and if I can't get all my stats on PS4 then I might aswell quit BF4.

    xbox and ps4 are two different companies if you had ps3 then you can transfer your ps4 stats just not to another company
