Community ManagerI'm sorry, but I need a bit more information. To reiterate and to ask for specifics:
- You bought Battlefield 3 (twice? please let me know when exactly and how you bought it twice)
- when you bought the game (through the EA app? Or a third party seller, such as a shop?) did you get product keys then or where you able to directly install and play the game through the EA app?
- You had an EA Play membership. Did you have that before you bought BF3? After you bought BF 3?
- What is the banner that pops up about the product key? Can you please send a screenshot in here?
- Regarding the 35 games - what games did you buy and did you buy them individually, in bundles, or play them through the EA Play membership?
