Battlefield3 Online game play error

This is the third game I buy of EA and it´s practicly impossible to play your online games!!!!!. I have now spent 3 hours to get my sons game to play online on our Playstation 3 and we allway´s get "Online Pass Failed" I went to PSN and downloaded the online pass, Set up Origin Accounts, synced my PS to same Net, checked Internet connection. You simply suck at making customer friendly online games!

  • I have heard of this happening but the free online pass worked for me when I downloaded it.  Try to download the online pass one more time to make sure that it actually downloaded the the HDD (sometimes people "purchase" the pass but cancel out of the donwload by accident).  Then start BF3 one more time to make sure the error is still present.

    I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time (call back feature available to North America only).

    3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
    4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
    5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
    6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
    7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

    downloaded 3 times. Restarted, I called in an excorsist and expelled demons from the console. This is the third game from EA I´m having this kind of problems with. I think I won´t buy any more.
