'Battlefield3 (tm) has stopped working'

all the time when i join the server in battlelog, it first only sars 'joining'. after several more click on button 'join server', battlefield starts to load, but after sometime, it suddenley says 'Battlefield3 (tm) has stopped working' which is whole bull**bleep**. so therefor, i tried many attempts to get inside the sevrver, but i was not able to. I just reinstalled the game and the battlelog plugin, but the problem is still there.So its like i just wasted my precious time on weekend reinstalling game, thanks to EA. So what I want is someone to give me exact answer for this problem.
