- Having same problem galaxy s5 . Stuck on loading screen . You can get it to work if you clear the cache and delete info . If you go to application manager scroll down to battlelog click on it . Don't uninstall just clear cache and the one above. Restart the app then log in again . This you need to do this everytime you want to use the app. Pain but it works . Hope they fix it soon.
- Im basically having the same problem. Been using the
app since bf4 and after the first update for hardline a week or so ago it gets stuck at the loading screen. If i uninstall and reinstall it will work again but only the first time. If you close out and go back in it hangs on the loading screen. I can use battlelog fine through the browser on my phone but not rhrough the app anymore. Looking at the comments in the play store alot of people are having same problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. - That works that one time.. Do I really have to from now on do that every single time? f#ck that.
This is once again EA complimentary, not a problem?
Every one of my other apps works just fine, but battlelog stays broken..
Yet again I find myself clearing data from settings and logging in to battlelog app ☹️ over, and over again.. - @ morningtimecloud I appreciate the tip but like donjii it only works one time then i have to do it again. I've been using the battlelog app since bf4 launch and have never had this problem. Something got messed up somewhere with the last update.
Edit 5/11/2015. Not sure why but as of today my app is working again. I havent changed anything. It just worked when I tried it! - My app works fine. I have an idsue with detailed stats. I can view everything (patches, weapons, etc) but when i want to view the details e.g patch or weapons stats i tap the item and the app freezes. I noticed it only occures in the hardline section of the app. Bf4 stats are accesable without the app freezing.
