Hey guys,
I also called Etisalat, and the guys said "They cannot help in such issue, since they cannot see the banned list of websites , you can go to , http://www.etisalat.ae/en/generic/contactus-forms/web-block-unblock.jsp and submit your claim."
And that is what i did, Every body should do it.
