Battlelog Platoon Cannot be Edited due to certain reason

So   all the Leader and me of the Following Platoons have the following issue: We wanted to try and change the Presentation but we get this error for each platoon. And the Support guy from ea told...

    Yap have done as mentioned also many other leaders have tried and we all get the same error message
