Battlelog says Premium not detected.

I recently tried to activate the Phantom Assignments to unlock the camos but when I click the skull to start it says "Premium not detected". I do have premium for BF4 on my Xbox Series X as I have the dog tags and camos, albeit when I was speaking to support, and they told me to go through my payment history it turns out I never bought premium. I think I got premium either through EA Play or at a time when Battlefield was having their dlc's free for a short time a few years ago. Support created a case and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling premium and clearing my browser cache to reset Battlelog but it still say its not detected. Anyone have this issue and found a fix? The pic is premium in my installs.

  • I solved it. I just had to buy premium again in the BF4 store. I now have the assignments unlocked

    If you are missing paid content, nobody else can assist you with the issue except EA support. Double check if you're using the same account.

  • It's the same account. I have premium when I play BF4, but on Battlelog when I try to start the phantom missions it says I dont have premium.

  • Yes. It goes the phantom program screen then says "Premium not detected, Access denied"

  • What's also weird is that when I look at my challenges, the Phantom Operative challenges list the conditions but do not progress.

  • Hello everyone! I’d like to address DICE support, which, for some reason, stated in the FAQ that you can contact support directly, which is not true.
    A month has passed, and it seems the issue remains unresolved: we’ve had Premium for over 10 years, and now it turns out it’s gone! Will I really have to pay for it again? When will you fix this issue?

    @vladavilov Which FAQ is it? It may just be that it needs to be updated to include current details. However, you can contact EA Help directly for support by visiting help.ea.com.

    While I've not had a deep dive, I have had a quick look at your details on Battlelog and noticed the below:

    - You have PC and PS4 soldiers. Your PC account shows that you own China Rising, Dragon's Teeth, and Final Stand, and your PS4 account shows you owning Premium. I think you will ultimately need to speak with EA Help about this, but it may be worth seeing if you can access and download Premium and the DLCs through the EA App first of all.
