I tried all of that and it didn't work. How do I install the ESN Sonar API 0.70.4 plugin? Please help me fix this, thanks.

EA StaffESN Sonar API 0.70.4 is part of the Battlelog Web Plugin installer. Have you tried Battlelog with a different browser?
Also, make sure that you are running the installer file with administrative permissions, otherwise the installation might fail.
