You can`t switch your soldier from ps3 to pc you will need to make a new for your pc but the will both show up on your battlelog page
ahh ok that makes sense. Um I might sound really stupid but how do i make a new soldier?

Open the game with your origin, you will see the soldier creation at the beginning. If your origin account email and PSN game email is same, it will use same battlelog account automatically. And you can switch between the soldiers (for PC and for PS3) on top of the battlelog page.
