Battlepacks not dropping, and plane repair

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I know this sounds like I'm complaining I don't get enough battlepacks, but over the last week or two I have played over 50 to 75 rounds and gotten less than 5 battlepacks.

I used to receive atleast one battlepack per day, usually the first round played for the day, has that changed?

Also sometimes when repairing and checking score board in the plane my repair process starts over, this is a new glitch.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Is it a bug, or is it really that random of chance to receive battlepacks
What happens when the bug occurs? Not sure if it is a bug.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest

    Hello @NICKoozie 

    I am really sorry for those troubles with the game. Battlepacks drop rate should be the same on all platforms. But still, can you monitor this on your console for a few days, and report back, should you notice a significant difference in the drop rate?

    Thanks for the response. It is good to know the drop rate hasn't changed. But I can tell you that I have noticed a problem with my drop rate.

    I have played roughly between 10 and 100 games a week roughly since the game came out. Usually getting a few battlepacks a day, or atleast 1.

    With revision 30 there was a black and white plane skin I wanted and I played between 50 and 75 games and around 5 battlepacks total dropped for me. There are days I put in 10-20 games with no drop.
    So, needless to say, I burned through almost all my other skins for scraps to try to get it with no luck. That sucked.
    I hope I notice a change soon because it is frustrating.

    @EA_Archi Over the last few days of the 20-30 games I've played only 1 battlepack drop. That doesn't seem normal.

    Are you guys max rank?

    Since i got rank 110 i have got almost no battlepacks. Before i was max rank i got 1 battlepack each day.

    It feels like a game issue i know but, the battlepack drop is totally random. I wish you more battlepacks in the future 🙂. For the plane repair issue, EA is working on this to fix soon as possible:

    Hey @rEdstAr83,

    I think it feels only like that. Because sometimes  i(lvl110) get  2 battlepacks in 2 rounds and sometimes it take awhile before it drops. But let's hope for more battlepacks 🙂

    Good news for the Battlepack drop system!
    So it's no random luck anymore that you need. 🙂

    With the June 29th UI Update we got a new Battlepack system.
    Play and Finish matches in BF1, that will fill up a progress Bar at the end of round screen. There you can see how close you'r to your next Standard Battlepack!
