Battlescreen says no connection on iOS

Have an Ipad with the latest ios. The battlelog app works and everything is functioning excetp for battlescreen which keeps saying no connection. Any ideas?

    Here are two possibles:

    One .. You were playing on a with Mino Map - OFF. It doen't matter if you are on Normal or Hard mode. If this feature is turned off, you will not see the mini map.

    Second .. You are using different wifi. I was able to have this option on my old Router until I got a new dedicated router to fix rubberlagging, diconnecting, sound and frame drop issues. Now, I have 3 SSID with one dedicated for my PS4. But my iPad was on a different SSID. As soon as I changed the SSID to match the SSID that my PS4 is on, I was able to get the mini map on my iPad.
