I did what you suggested and it didn't help !. This is what I did in Origin.
1. Enter username and password.
2. Selected Origin button on upper left hand side of the application.
3. Choose " Add game ".
4. Select " Add Games Manually " .
5. Select which drive the CD disc is inserted. Since the disc 1 only shows Origin Setup.exe and Autorun.exe, I chose Setup.exe
6. Select Continue.
7. After selecting Continue, then it i will prompt you to enter the Product Code which I have on my instruction manual guide.
8. Select Next.
9. Error message: This code has already been used.
Now, am I doing something wrong ?. or is it Origin service not working. I bought this game from walmart properly sealed packaged no tampering at all when i purchased it 12/07/13.
also, if there was some kind of install limitation where you only install the game once then your product key would be invalid since it has been used for that first time on same machine. ?
I'm not sure where to go from here. Really don't want to return the game since the game was in good contact from the store, so I'm thinking it might be an Origin error. Any other recommendations ?
Edit: also, in my Origin account I have also purchased Battlefield 4 Premium membership on 12/08/13.
Hi,
do not use the add game option. You game should already show up in the "my games" section in your client.
Insert your disc but do not start the setup from it! Instead go to "my games in your client" (first picture)
right click BF4 in your client and choose download (second picture) I have the game installed so it says play
in the picture, in your case it should say download.
Once a code is registered it is linked to your account so it cannot be used again. Installing by using the download
function in your client should bypass the registration since the account you are logged in with has already got
the code linked to it. The code is not linked to a machine, just your account so you can install it on another pc as well,
just not play under the same account at the same time.
If your games does not show up in "my games" check that you are logged in with the right account.

Okay, let's back up here. I have already uninstalled Battlefield 4 from my computer. Once I log into Origin account I see no Battlefield 4 icon ( per say ). Now, I can't install it again due to Product Code already been used. So how do we get around that issue.?

When you do not see the BF4 icon in "my games" check that you are logged in with the right account and the game is not hidden.
Try reloading your library. If BF4 still does not show up in "my games" I suggest you contact a game advisor to check your account.
