I have premium and installed all the expansions but still can't play them. How do i fix it?

No error message. It loads me into the maps and it's just me
@TwiztedAngel96 Okay.. it loads you into the maps, what next? What happens that doesn't allow you to play? Does the screen keep loading? Stay black?
