Be able Spot your own Teamate with Drone Gadget? Or Recon Binoculars?

@Banicidal_Mind The UI has shown this for years when you're near another player. If they need health or ammo the icon traditionally shows above their head even when they're not actively asking for it. If you're not near someone such as being in a drone I'm not sure why this information would be useful and not just extra information that you can't act on.
