BF 2042 McKay / Casper

McKay has been nerfed into the ground. 

Casper is almost useless. 

(Rao + soflam OR Blasco + TUGS are better choices)

I think McKay and Casper should be able to toggle the drone and grapple hook

Wouldn't be OP

Would be more fun. 

Let McKay and Casper toggle drone and grapple.
