BF 3 Premium Edition PC retail didn't gave me the premium key

Hello. I'm very dissapointing because EA didn't gave me answers and i very angry with this service...

My retail copy of BF 3 Premium Edition only gave me the key for BF 3 and not for the premium. The shop when i bought the game didn't gave me the money and EA didn't take solutions.

I unistall Origin because i'm very dissapointing with the service...
