Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. You have to do as you were told. Wait. All we can do in here is link to your options.

There is a difference between the precautionary situation with a lock, and the disciplinary action of a ban. It is still true that Answer HQ has only the most rudimentary of access into account records (that glimpse being the capability of our CMs, who do not work on the forums during the weekends).
