BF Hardline problem

What type of error are you getting? 

Does any message appears?

Hi....when i try to play hardline ,i go to a server as always it starts to login and says loading, then the icon for origin disappears. The icon for hardline appears at the bottom as usual ,then disappears. The blue logging in then also disappears. When i repaired through origin the error  ....' Direct x error. An internal error occurred'...thanks for trying to help!!.....An update ...I un-installed Hardline through Revo un-installer, i only un-installed the game and not the settings. Then rebooted and downloaded hardline again through Origin, i went to the direct x folder and updated direct x......and wait for it!!......it updated, but the game did not play. I repaired the game and it installed WITH OUT the direct x error. All ok i throught...NO!! still could not play . I logged in as usual ,clicked on server up popped the icon, loggin and then dissappeared. Still cannot play?? Is it down to EA or Origin??......Any ideas...Anybody??

I suggest you to try enabling the "Plug in free" option on your battlelog setting page.

Another suggestion could be reinstalling tour origin client (not the games).

Make sure you run Ccleaner before you download the latest version from the official website.

Hi again..The plugin made no difference so i reverted back. Uninstalling Origin came up with a RED warning, if i went ahead Battlefield 3 would not work plus others.this was through Revo uninstaller. the version of Origin is the latest one. When I started to log in to hardline, the hardline icon came up so I quickly clicked on it ,it  went to the server grey screen...then dissapeared. I was nearly there!!! There is something very simple that we are missing???....many thanks for your help so far! Whats next?

Just ignore the red warning.

Try to reinstall Origin anyway.

I uninstalled Origin and re-installed..sorry to say, the same happens. I know..its getting to me as well, nearly there but far away!! What next? if there is anything? Not the drastic reinstall everything!!

mmm...ok, does the campaign launch normally at least? 

No the campaign, what can i say.....nearly or starts to load and does the same as server login. We are right on the edge of a solution....but always a but...or an!! I really appreicate  your help in this matter...thanks again. Could it be something to do with the servers of Hardline? Ever since the game was released i had no trouble at all. Reaching top rank should have nothing to do with it...should it? I shall keep trying now and then to login...you never know, it might repair it self...yea right  haha...thanks again.

If the campaign has the same issue then servers have nothing to do with this.

Do you have installed any software recently? An anti virus for example? 

No! I have'nt installed nothing new. i have been using the same anti- virus for 20 years or so. ( Avast..free version)It all started when i updated the graphics driver., I recall.So i rolled back to the one before. I in -stall the driver through Nvidia GeForce Experience.driver  version 378.49 .There is a new one 378.92. Thinking back that might be the one that caused the issue. I was waiting for the next one to see if that makes any difference. I know that Origin is changing the format of the game soon to get in line with BF4 and BF1, maybe that might help?!. I don't in-stall anything on this PC except games, so nothing interferes with the running of games. I have other PC's for that,they are not gaming PC's.. The mind boggles!!
