I played BF1 for years on PS4, after not gaming for years i purchased a PS5 specially to play BF1.
I have recently purchased the premium pack (Jan 25) for BF1.

Out of interest, what issues are you experiencing? If it was the widely reported problem with Playstation servers then that should now be fixed (https://x.com/BattlefieldComm/status/1904263536651780433).
Also, it might be worth bearing in mind that refunds will usually only be granted if one is requested within 24 hours after first launching the game or within 14 days from the purchase date if not launched. Moreover, DLC, such as Premium, is usually non-refundable. However, they do sometimes make exceptions.
