BF1 Battlepack
I received a message on bf1 saying to complete one round on bf1 and i would get a superior battlepack and 1,000 scraps it did not specify what game mode and i never received any battlepack after completing the task

OK, I think they´ll confirm that you´ve already got it, or they´ll give you some scraps instead.
But if you received a Battlepack, you most likely received scraps as well.

For whom have not received the 1.000 scraps and the superior battlepack EA/DICE informed the players that is possible to gain them again playing once a BF1 until 31th march

[I do not work for EA!] EA Help just send me on * forums.... I have same problem after play few rounds I get NOTHING. When I was on chat with tech support they told me WE CANT HELP YOU GO ON FORUM and on forume they told me WE CANT HELP YOU GO TECH SUPPORT.... * pathetic
thanks for the link, that´s the first confirmation that there might be a problem indeed. 🤔
But it could also just mean that it´s the deadline day for Scraps and Battlepack, and a reminder that you have to play before the end of March to get it.
