Assignment engineer expert doesn't progress

Hello, i want to know that if i am doing something wrong or it is a bug in game. I want to unlock ump-9 (gun from engineer expert) but it won't let me progress in the assignment. I have engineer expert , i play on ranked but still it won't go up. I would be happy for any tips or help about this "bug". Anything counts.

I hae only a small amount but from here it won't go up.

    Hello hracka111,

    You should just keep on playing and make sure you are actually using carbines for farming the kills. Also, you should check your progress from inside of Battlefield 4 since Battlelog for Battlefield 4 is not supported anymore, the stats could be mismatched.

    Hello , thank you for your respond. I am sure i am using carbine rifles and in Battlefiled itself it shows the same progress. I will be keep on playing maybe it is mismatched as you said.
