and game always launch intro mission. 

how can i fix it ?

try to reinstall already

    @deedook00I've just installed Battlefield 4, although says I can't play because of invalid account, I reset my password and not only can I not play the newly purchased B4, I also can't play Battlefield 1, I'm fuming, wasted an entire afternoon on this.

    All suggested solutions have been tried. Everything was applied strictly. How many solutions are available on the internet and here have been tried. e.a. Everything on the help page has been tried. the game is not online in any way. I don't think anyone can help me after that.
    this is a problem entirely caused by bf1, ea, and origin. I haven't been in the game for 2 months. I used acces membership before. I played for 1 year without any problem. After my membership was over, I bought the main game first and then the premium pass. and currently the game is not online. it always starts from story mode like I've never played. I have an account of 2 years in total. all my efforts, will everything be gone?
    Don't you know how those guns are unlocked, dear e.a. ?
    dear brother reading my message.
    what could that be
    I wonder if I'm banned but don't know?
    Could such a thing happen?
    what will my account be?

    Im in San Diego, Ca. Playing BF1 on a PS4 Console. Wi-Fi is connected perfectly. I launched Conquest, Base Maps. For the last 3-4 hours I tried everything in the thread that was suggested. So PLEASE dont tell me to ”follow these instructions”

    It wont launch the conquest game. The game just keeps showing “LOADING GAME”. for hrs and hrs and hrs now. I can look at the Battlepacks Menu and the Medals menu but it still wont launch. 

    Just check your EA, BF1, CONQUEST servers. Its not the user. It has to be the server. 

    it looks just like the screenshot I attached that I found online.

    @guappbeatz The game servers are down if you go on to the ea server status as to people getting there account invalid I had to unlink my Xbox and load the game up and relink it and that sorted it but bf1 has been down for like 5 hours or so

    Is it just me or has it STILL been down for weeks? Because since I last posted this question it still hasn’t been back online. Can anyone chime in and help me out here?

    @guappbeatz servers been online all week/months.

    Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

    How to power cycle:
    Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
    Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
    Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.
