BF1 Companion App - Emblem

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Battlefield 1 - Companion App - Emblem not saving.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the BF1 Companion App
What happens when the bug occurs? Emblem does not save and cannot be equipped
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number AMD
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8GB

Whenever I attempt to use the Battlefield 1 Companion app and try to make and save an emblem, I am prompted with an error message reading "Couldn't Save Emblem". I've had this issue only recently, and before the issue came about I was freely able to make, equip and delete my own personally created emblems.


Please, somebody, get back to me or repost a similar post to get the support team to understand our concerns.

    There seams to be a problem with the Battlefield Companion App..

    There is no way to save, share or edit emblems anymore. Including ‘adding to gallery’

    When trying to save an newly designed emblem there is a message banner saying ‘could not save’ ☹️

    This is a new issue as it was working fine a few weeks ago. I have also spoke to many friends who all have the same issue (IOS and Android)

    An update is desperately needed as the BF Companion app is kind of essential for seriou BF players.

    please help...

    Hey @Slave_Data,

    This is a known issue, and I believe it's being looked into.

    Hopefully there will be some sort of Update soon about this 🙂

    2 weeks and still nothing,only dice can do this?1 They have good humor.. something is broken - - > not intressed... do they have 8 hour coffee brake or what? They should at least try, please dice, you can do it (i think they can`t do it)

    Well, if you head over to the BFV-forums you will find that they are probably all busy getting the basics working rather than fixing the emblem topic.
