i am getting these pings in bf1 servers,,what are the maximum required pings up to which we can go online?

There is no ping limit in Battlefield 1 - you should be able to join the server regardless of it as long as you have connection to the server. From my own experience, 190 ping, while not great by any means, is still playable in BF1 (as long as it's more or less stable).
i am getting stable 190ms ping in 24 player maps...
but in 60 players maps I get arround 270ms with no lag or gameplay issue,
this hapening bcz server hosted is at a great distance from my location..
should i go on 60 players large maps or stick to 24 player maps?
Your call, really. Playing on ping which is closer to 300 would definitely be way more difficult (to put it nicely), so it probably would be easier for you if you started from 24p servers. If that will be fine, try larger gametypes and just see how you feel in them. In the end, you will have to just try both out to decide what's the highest ping you are fine with.
